The process begins with an inquiry you can initiate via our contact form on this page, or just give us a call! We are happy to respond to questions over email, but a phone call for general Q & A is a great way to get started. Our hours of response are Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
We can provide general estimates over the phone, but actual pricing is determined based on the complete design of your project. This can be achieved with our onsite consultation service where we can discuss what you’d like to accomplish, evaluate your outdoor space, and determine the details.
Moving forward would be for us to deliver an official proposal along with elevation and overhead drawings for your project.
Final step before construction begins is to sign an agreement, collect a material deposit and schedule a start date.
We offer to apply for permits, pursue HOA approvals and provide professional drawings should they be required or desired.
